I think everyone already knows that Braden loves Legos. He also loves finding Legos at garage sales. We haven't made it to too many garage sales this year, but it seems like every time we go to one, they have huge bins of Legos for a couple of bucks!
This is the mess that we often find in Braden's room...
And it is not just confined to a tub and table...
It drives me crazy even walking into his room because even when it is clean, there are teeny Legos laying around that hurt quite badly when you step on them!
So after finding yet more Legos at a garage sale last weekend, I decided it was time for some organization. Off we went to the store to find some shallow drawers that he could sort his Legos into, so he could actually find the pieces he wants to build something!
Kinslee was his faithful sorting helper.
Just the beginning of sorting that will probably take quite awhile.
We've ordered small drawers for the teeny pieces but this green organizer is doing the job for now.
He's quite excited about passing these on to his kids and grandkids some day!
