XC Camp

Maddie spent this past week at cross country camp. Although it was hard to drop her off with a group of strangers, everything turned out fine and she loved it! She made new friends and is super excited about her running season. Practice starts Monday!

This was the camp setup. They had a scout master running it, and he did a great job! Maddie loved all the food ( although she did say she missed baking!)

They got to canoe, played every game known to man, had devotionals, and ran every morning bright and early.

I'm proud of her. I know it was way out of her comfort zone, but with a lot of prayer, she made it!
