Halloween

We spent Trick or Treat last Saturday night with family...eating freshly baked apple pie and discussing Christmas plans!  The kids love passing out candy at Aunt Leen's house!

On Halloween night, Maddie cooked us a "spooky" dinner.  Check out her blog for the details. She did a great job!

I mentioned before that we baked fresh pumpkins this year...one of the pumpkins had an extremely hard shell...so hard that Matt had to use a saw to cut it open. We dried the shell for about a week and now we have a cute pumpkin bowl...
