We are enjoying the winding down of school...still doing all subjects, but not nearly as much pressure since we've wrapped up a lot of their books and are just doing review.  With the lighter school load, I feel better able to take some field trips!  

Last Wednesday, we met Matt for lunch and saw 20 B-25's take off for the anniversary of the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo in WWII.  The amount of people there to watch this was amazing! The 20 bombers took off right after each other and circled in the air several times over the base.  Such a cool sight to see!

A good little history lesson and the added bonuses were that it was a beautiful day and we got to spend time with Matt!
